Content Management (D-Scribe) Acquired an enterprise platform for content producers to organize, create, manage, and publish/unpublish digital content via a flexible and intuitive UI, governed by workflow and permission-based roles.
Content Delivery (Ant-Man) S3/Watcher Delivered a modern, cloud-based technology pipeline allowing for published content to be surfaced near real-time. Content delivery through either a secure REST API (the Watcher service) or pushed directly to consumers via AWS S3. Reduced content delivery from 16 steps to just 3, and publishing time from two hours to just minutes.
Translation/Language (Small World) Delivered a capability to localize content into multiple languages for specific locales. Locale specific content can surface in near real-time to create a personalized experience through mobile apps and websites.

DLR.com in Spanish Spanish-speaking Guests can now experience Disneyland.com in their own language. With over 30% of California residents speaking Spanish, this effort has been a major focus and a key effort as part of our “Guest First” strategy.
Cloud Migration Migrated all content delivery applications from NAP7 to AWS. This move was completed without any website or mobile app downtime or impact to Guests. Providing a scalable, cloud-based infrastructure ready for future expansion.

This solution enabled ABC-TV Spot Sales to interface with partner applications representing 100+ Advertisement Agencies, and 25+ media properties including ESPN, the YES Network, and the ABC owned stations.
Responsible for the complete implementation of several eBusiness initiatives to deliver reusable, web-enabled software components on multiple platforms (C#.Net, J2EE (EJB)). Application portfolio supported all four corporate verticals: employees, providers, brokers, and subscribers. Projects included complete Portal construction, B2B and B2C functionality, enterprise Single sign-on (SSO), identity management, and Portal authentication and administration.
